Due to our cancellation policy, a credit card must be put on file to hold all appointments. We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation for all services. If appointment is cancelled day of, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. No Call/No Shows will be charged 100% of service fee.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service. Deposits may be required for certain services and packages. Any person under the age of 18 for Spa Services will require a legal guardian to be present and sign release on day of service.
